Baltimore City Vehicle Impoundment Class Action

ADVERTISING MATERIAL — Silverman Thompson has filed a class action seeking compensation for people whose vehicles allegedly were improperly auctioned after impoundment by the Baltimore City.

The class action is pending in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, captioned Run Bahadur Poudyel v. Mayor and City Council of Baltimore City, Case No. 24-C-24-000435. No class has been certified at this time.
