Professional History

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Levin represented businesses and property owners, schools, non-profits, and construction professionals in defense of negligence and other tort claims. Mr. Levin also gained experience in administrative agency appeals and handles a diverse array of administrative matters including representing clients who are facing the imposition of restrictions on their drivers’ licenses, their license to operate an in-home child care facility, and investigations by the Maryland Insurance Administration. Mr. Levin completed a clerkship for the Hon. Timothy E. Meredith of the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland in Annapolis, Maryland.

Mr. Levin graduated from Johns Hopkins University in 2008. After graduation, he worked on national, state, and local political campaigns and in state government for several years before attending the University of Maryland Carey School of Law, where he served as the Manuscripts Editor of the Maryland Law Review. At graduation Mr. Levin received the Roger Howell Achievement Award, which recognizes a student whose "leadership, scholarship, and moral character are representative of the high ideals of the legal profession."
