Silverman Thompson partners Andrew Slutkin and Alex Brown won a significant verdict against UBS Financial Services and one of it’s brokers, Gordon Witherspoon. In reaching a $1,782,898.00 verdict, the Baltimore City Jury found fraud and awarded punitive damages against a UBS financial adviser.
