Andrew Harvey is known for his client-focused approach that allows him to tailor strategies to meet the unique needs of each case. He is a skilled, detail-oriented negotiator and litigator, consistently achieving optimal outcomes for his clients through meticulous preparation, persuasive writing, and effective advocacy.  

Mr. Harvey’s diverse civil litigation practice includes business, construction, commercial, fiduciary, financial, and securities related disputes in state and federal court. In addition to his robust civil litigation practice, Mr. Harvey maintains a criminal defense practice. 

Mr. Harvey graduated cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He was a distinguished scholar of the Royal Graham Shannonhouse III Honor Society and served as Staff Editor for the University of Baltimore Law Review. In addition, Mr. Harvey worked as a Student Attorney in the University of Baltimore Community Development Clinic where he represented clients seeking business formation assistance and advised on a range of business law and legislative matters. Before and during law school, Mr. Harvey worked full time as a law clerk at a prominent Baltimore-based personal injury firm, providing services in the employment law, medical malpractice, and toxic tort departments.  

After graduating from the University of Baltimore School of Law, Mr. Harvey served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable C. Carey Deeley, Jr. of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County.
