Peter Korzenewski has extensive legal experience, spanning almost a quarter of a century, with a particular emphasis on civil and criminal litigation. Mr. Korzenewski joins Silverman Thompson as an invaluable asset to our business litigation, personal injury, and criminal defense teams.
Beginning his career as a trial lawyer, Mr. Korzenewski has litigated cases at every level of the Maryland court system, from the District Court and Office of Administrative Hearings to the Supreme Court of Maryland.
After 21 years in private practice, he transitioned to the Food and Drug Administration where he served as regulatory counsel in the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research, focusing on complex policies and regulatory issues related to generic drug products and the Hatch-Waxman Act.
Mr. Korzenewski recently returned to private practice by joining Silverman Thompson as an attorney of counsel, where he brings a unique perspective from years in private practice, government service, and both civil and criminal courtrooms.
