Governor Hogan Appoints Alexander Williams Jr. to the UMMS Board of Directors

The Honorable Alexander Williams Jr. (retired) is among one of six leaders of the legal, business, and medical communities to be appointed by Governor Larry Hogan to the University of Maryland Medical System (UMMS) Board of Directors. Judge Williams, along with the other new appointees, will serve a five-year term and help set the direction for the non-profit health system, which includes 12 hospitals. To read more, click here.

Judge Williams, served on the United States District Court for the District of Maryland for nearly 20 years and now focuses his legal practice on complex civil litigation and federal criminal cases. He is the only practicing retired Federal Judge in Maryland to advise clients on these matters.
