Megan Weaver joined Silverman Thompson in 2024, coming to the Firm with extensive trial experience in insurance law, personal injury, and commercial litigation. Her practice has since expanded into fiduciary litigation where she supports Partner Ned Parent in his fiduciary litigation practice, handling estate, trust, and guardianship matters such as:
- Will contests,
- disputes among trust beneficiaries,
- and petitions for judicial assumption of jurisdiction over a trust or to remove a personal representative of an estate.
