Upon graduation from the University of Maryland Carey School of Law, Mr. Levin was awarded the Roger Howell Achievement Award for a student “whose leadership, scholarship, and moral character are representative of the high ideals of the legal profession.” Mr. Levin was also the Manuscripts Editor of the Maryland Law Review.
