Michael J. Levin is an associate attorney in the business litigation group at Silverman Thompson. He represents businesses, lenders, banks, and individuals in contract disputes.

Mr. Levin litigates cases in all of Maryland’s state and federal courts and is also licensed to practice in the District of Columbia and Virginia.

He has extensive experience in judgment enforcement, including garnishment law, post-judgment asset discovery, and negotiating and settling loan defaults for creditors.

While his practice is mostly in the business dispute arena, he is equally comfortable and experienced in personal injury trials and landlord-tenant matters.

Mr. Levin is known for preparing every case for trial to put his clients in the best position to achieve their desired goal and outcome as efficiently as possible.

He was most recently named by Best Lawyers as a One to Watch® and by Maryland Super Lawyers as a Rising Star.
