Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Harvey served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable C. Carey Deeley, Jr. of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County.

Mr. Harvey graduated cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He was a distinguished scholar of the Royal Graham Shannonhouse III Honor Society and served as Staff Editor for the University of Baltimore Law Review. In addition, Mr. Harvey worked as a Student Attorney in the Community Development Clinic where he represented clients seeking business formation assistance and advised on a range of business law and legislative matters.

Before and during law school, Mr. Harvey worked as a law clerk at a prominent personal injury firm in Baltimore in the Toxic Torts, Medical Malpractice, and Employment Law departments. During his tenure, Mr. Harvey assisted attorneys with cases in Maryland's federal and state courts.

Mr. Harvey completed his undergraduate education at the University of Maryland with a degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice.
