Baltimore Sun Names Silverman Thompson a Top Workplace for the 12th Year

For the 12th year in a row, The Baltimore Sun has recognized Silverman Thompson Slutkin & White as a Top Workplaces 2025. This list of honorees is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey.* The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience, with the firm scoring highest in values, direction, and leadership.  

Additionally, we’re excited to announce we have created a new role of firm administrator and hired Lisa Berman, J.D. to lead our staff and operations initiatives. Lisa brings to the firm almost 20 years of operations leadership, including at the Department of Justice.
